Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: On-site in Brecksville, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities of a Business Analyst:
• Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement process enhancements and drive operational efficiency
Qualifications of a Business Analyst:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• 2–5 years of business analysis, process improvement, or related experience
• Hands-on experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large data sets
