Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
- Interviewing stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs.
- System Analysis & Design: Analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to improve performance.
Technical Documentation:
- Creating detailed functional specifications, workflow charts, and user stories for development teams.
Process Improvement:
- Reviewing existing business processes and designing new, efficient workflows.
Implementation & Support:
- Guiding the implementation of new systems, overseeing testing (UAT), and offering post-launch support.
