Business Analyst

Bachelor level or higher education (provide transcript with Form 2 if yes)
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent BA credential/education (Provide valid current certificate with Form 2 if yes)
84 months of experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication
84 months of experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications
84 months of experience identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers
84 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment
12 months experience working on projects for the public sector/government (Answers to this question must specify entity and time served to qualify)
36 months experience with Grants Management systems (Must specify which systems on Form 2)
