Required Skills:
Candidates must clearly demonstrate the following experience in their actual work history:

• 6+ years of experience with SAP SCEIS functions and processes
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 6+ years of experience with MS Excel
• 6+ years of experience with SharePoint
• 6+ years of experience with process improvement, including establishing tracking and performance metrics

Preferred Skill:

• Experience working with COTS programs

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Work closely with Deputy Directors, Division Administrators, Security and Technology Services, and Human Resources.
• Analyze existing policies, systems, operations, procedures, and processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Support HR process automation and paperless initiatives using AEM and OnBase.
• Work with SAP/SCEIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and the integrated tax system.
• Develop recommendations for process improvements, including expected benefits and savings.
• Understand and document data requirements across different organizational areas.
• Produce design documentation, support procedures, guidelines, and checklists.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and validate expected system results.
• Provide feedback regarding requirements, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Establish and monitor process-related tracking and performance metrics.
• Manage multiple assignments while providing timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues, recommend options, and develop workaround solutions.
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units.
• Communicate effectively with professionals ranging from peers through Director-level leadership.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff.
• Follow SCDOR information-security requirements when handling sensitive taxpayer information.
