Principal Duties
Provide functional and technical expertise in various aspects of ADMS/OMS implementations, including:
System design
Documentation
Complex utility workflow design and improvement
Trouble ticket generation
Crew dispatch
Lead discussions on system requirements related to:
Electric distribution grids
Storm restoration processes
Regulatory reporting requirements
Support engagements for electric utilities involving:
OT system planning
Implementation
Testing
Operations
Work with OT systems including:
SCADA
ADMS
OMS
GIS
AMI
Support integration of OMS with:
SCADA
GIS
AMI/Smart Meters
CRM platforms
Support business requirements definition.
Assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) development and vendor evaluation.
Support:

Vendor contract negotiation
