    About the Role:
    Triunity Software is looking for a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Texas! In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, playing a key part in shaping the future of our software products.     Responsibilities:
    • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
    • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
    • Create detailed process flows, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities
    • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant teams and leadership
    • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize business performance
    • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
    • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
    • CBAP certification or equivalent is a plus
    Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
