Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Analyst and provide high-level support and assistance to the Business Transformation organization, within the Field Strategy and Operational Excellence group. The group provides support services including Work Planning & Evaluation, Business Controls and Information, and Business Transformation to the Transmission Field Services organization. This Business Analyst will work on initiatives, strategies, projects, and services that affect the operations, construction, and maintenance of the transmission system. This assignment will work collaboratively across various transmission organizations to assist facility management with the support and execution of management-approved operational excellence initiatives.
This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid based in Vancouver, Washington with onsite 1 day per week. The hourly pay rate for this position is between $55.00 and $65.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
A degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or a closely related field is preferred.
With an applicable Bachelor's degree, 8 yrs of experience is required.
With an applicable Associate's degree, 10 years of experience is required.
Without an applicable degree, 12 years of experience is required.
Experience should be direct work experience and knowledge of analysis and change management principles and methodologies with a solid understanding of how analytics and change management support the change process and how individuals experience and navigate transitions.
Demonstrated experience in leading and providing Change Management programmatic set up and support to organizations.
Experience with project and change management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
Intermediate proficiency in Visio (flowcharts), MS Project, Access, and SharePoint.
Technical interviewing skills:
Possess functional/process interviewing skills within a business environment.
Possess ability to facilitate groups through process design and requirements-gathering sessions.
Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.
Preferred Skills:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation.
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation.
Experience with International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) methods.
Experience with the Prosci methodology for Change Management.
