Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience (work and/or military)

What you’ll do:
Customer onboarding & support: Verify products, guide customers through billing, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Outbound account management: Make proactive calls to small business customers to maintain account health and present relevant offers.
Upselling & prospecting: Identify new business needs, referrals, and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Product advisory: Recommend plans, services, and features to optimize customer accounts
Customer experience delivery: Handle billing concerns, de-escalate issues, and provide clear, value-driven solutions.
