Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner.
Responsible for bussing and pre-bussing tables.
Assist wait staff in serving guests' needs if necessary.
Reset tables to established specifications.
Maintain clean and fully stocked work area and side stations.
Remove all dirty dishes from dining area and restock stations with clean items.
Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Health Department Codes.
Relays all guest compliments and complaints to Food & Beverage Shift Managers and Outlet Managers.
Promotes outstanding internal and external guest relations.
Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
One (1) year bussing experience.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift Forty (40) pounds without difficulty.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
