JOB TITLE: Bus Operator, Bus 20
LOCATION: Taylor County Schools Transportaion
EMPLOYMENT TERM: 200 Days
EFFECTIVE DATE: 2026-2027 School Year, Upon board approval
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Coordinator of Transportation
SELECTION: The position is filled by the Board of Education on recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must possess a high school diploma or GED and must complete all state requirements for a bus operator.
Salary- Salary based on experience and education level per TCBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITES AND GOALS:
Employees in this classification are responsible for the safe and timely transportation of students attending Taylor County Public Schools.
