    • Bus Driver Trainees will be paid $21.00 an hour and moved to $24.00 an hour once they have their CDL and are moved to a Bus Driver, Sub Driver or Activity Driver position.
    • Bus Drivers who train new staff (Trainers) will receive an additional $1.00 an hour.
    • All non-trainee positions on this salary schedule require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and verified training to allow the employee to drive a school bus.
    • Positions are considered hard to fill and eligible for up to 10 years of experience at 1% per year increase, at the time of hire.
