Bus Driver - Part-Time

A valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Passenger endorsement is required at the time of hire. A Class A CDL with a Passenger endorsement is preferred. Applicants must meet this requirement to be considered for employment.

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Job Description:

The Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated destinations while following all traffic laws and regulations. This position requires a commitment to passenger safety, excellent communication skills, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the bus, monitoring its condition, and promptly reporting maintenance needs or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Class B CDL with a Passenger endorsement at the time of hire; Class A CDL with a Passenger endorsement preferred.

• Clean driving record.

• Excellent communication and passenger service skills.

• Ability to follow all traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures.

• Ability to maintain bus cleanliness, identify maintenance needs, and report concerns promptly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current First Aid/CPR certification.

• Previous bus driving experience.
