SUMMARY
Drive bus route assigned to them. Maintains premises as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid Class B Commercial Driver''s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); no experience required. Preference may be given to applicants with six or more months' experience in custodial/maintenance. Vocational-education training in related fields is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Sweeping, mopping, window washing, operating floor and carpet cleaning machines, lifting chairs and tables and other furniture and appliances, as well as, all other duties required for the upkeep and appearance of buildings and grounds as directed by supervisors. Employee must pass a school-provided medical examination. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
