Tulsa Area | $23+/Hour | 1st Shift

We are hiring experienced Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing company in the Tulsa area. This is a hands-on position for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Review work orders, blueprints, and job instructions.
• Stage materials for production.
• Perform routine machine setup and basic maintenance.
• Operate equipment according to job specifications.
• Perform first-piece and periodic inspections.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
• Monitor production and identify potential quality issues.
• Properly tag and organize finished materials.
• Move completed materials to the appropriate next stage of production.
• Complete required production and quality paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
• Comfortable working with measurements and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

This is a safety-sensitive position.
