Must have experience in heat exchanger manufacturing, repair, or a similar heavy fabrication environment.
Must have supervisory or foreman-level experience in a fabrication shop.
Must have hands-on experience with bundle assembly and disassembly experience
Experience with tube installation and tube expansion/rolling.
Experience with structural welding and fit-up coordination.
Experience with hydrotesting and final assembly operations.
Familiarity with ASME and TEMA requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot fit-up, alignment, and fabrication issues in real time.
Ability to read and follow drawings, manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
Ability to supervise, train, and coordinate shop personnel while actively participating in production.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Shifts:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Occasional weekends and overtime may be required based on business needs.
