Join our harvest team as a Bulk Loader/Unloader
! Load and unload trucks, operate equipment, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role requires safely using equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working independently while communicating effectively with your team.
Job Duties: - Load and unload trucks based off of directions received by supervisor
- Communicate any downtime to admin department and supervisor
- Follow direction for supervisors for additional work duties that may be necessary/required
Requirements:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of semi-truck equipment
- Operate/use equipment and/or tools (e.g.; leaf blower, sweeper, shovel)
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work independently
