    What a Day Looks Like

    Sun’s up, pre-trip complete, and your bulk oil tank truck is ready to roll. You’ll head out on a set route of stops, delivering liquid lubricant products to customers for U.S. Lubricants, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc. Every stop gets your best: safe handling, accurate paperwork, and friendly service. You’ll load and unload product, occasionally collect COD and cash at delivery, and keep precise logs before returning home—because this role is home daily.

    Schedule & Pay

    • Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or until your route is completed
    • Starting at $32/hour, based on experience
    • $7,500 sign-on bonus paid in two $3,750 installments at 90 days and 6 months

    What You’ll Do

    • Operate a bulk cargo tank vehicle transporting liquid loads safely and efficiently
    • Follow all safety procedures per training and company standards
    • Pull product and manage loading/unloading with care
    • Deliver outstanding customer service on a predictable route
    • Collect COD and cash when required
    • Maintain complete, accurate logs and delivery records
    • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections

    What You’ll Bring

    • Age 23+ (company and insurance requirement)
    • CDL-B with endorsements: (N) Tank, (H) Hazardous Materials, and Air Brakes as required
    • Capability to lift up to 80 lbs and work at heights up to 20 feet
    • Strong adherence to instructions and safe operating procedures
    • Proven, customer-first approach
    • Meets all physical demands of the job
    • Experience: one of the following
      • 1 year cargo tank driving experience; or
      • 2 years CMV driving (Class A or B); or
      • 2 years full-time work experience plus satisfactory completion of a company-approved truck driving program

    Legal/Compliance

    Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
