    Job Description:

    Keep the Operation Moving. Keep the Technology Running.

    We're looking for a Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the systems that keep our operation running smoothly. From conveyors and controls to plant-floor technology, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance.

    What You'll Do

    Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve automation and equipment issues

    Respond quickly to alarms, system alerts, and operational interruptions

    Perform preventive maintenance to stop problems before they happen

    Calibrate and optimize plant-floor devices for maximum efficiency

    Partner with maintenance teams to identify solutions and reduce downtime

    Help drive continuous improvement across our automation systems

    What Makes You a Great Fit

    Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred

    Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, controls, or automation systems

    Understanding of networking fundamentals, motor controls, and AC/DC electrical systems

    Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams

    Strong Microsoft Office skills

    A passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement

    Schedule Requirements

    Monday through Friday

    3:00 AM start time • 6:30 PM start time

    Candidates must currently reside within the local geographic area. Relocation assistance is not available.
