TempExperts is partnering with a modern, upscale showroom seeking an experienced Building Material Sales Representative to grow and maintain accounts with builders, contractors, designers, and architects across the Tampa Bay area (primarily Pinellas County). This full-time, onsite role blends outside sales with in-showroom support, providing clients with product expertise, quotes, and guidance throughout the sales process.

- Conducting sales calls and meeting with showroom customers to showcase products.
- Educating clients on product options and Florida construction codes.
- Reading blueprints and performing accurate material take-offs.
- Preparing quotes, coordinating with vendors, and managing the full sales cycle.
- Tracking customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up.
- Knowledge of building materials and Florida construction codes.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs.
- Strong math, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience preferred; construction or lumberyard backgrounds are a plus.
- Reliable personal vehicle for client visits.
- Minimum 1 year of sales or construction experience.
