This position is responsible for :
Performs routine repairs and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- performs routine groundskeeping work to ensure the beautification of the landscape; performs minor plumbing and carpentry repair work; regularly cleans building and sanitizes as necessary.
- Sweeps, vacuums, strips, mops and waxes floors; sweeps sidewalks.
- Assembles and moves office furniture including chairs, desks, tables, bulletin boards, etc. Monitors activities and visitors of building and grounds to ensure security.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- and
- Two years of experience in handling minor building and maintenance repairs and good skill in the use of hand and power tools,
- or
- any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Licenses and Certifications :
- Valid State Driver's License is required for this position.
