We are looking for a maintenance person who:
*is EPA certified,
*has HVAC troubleshooting and installation experience,
*possesses electrical and plumbing skills,
*can paint and repair drywall,
*is experienced with appliance repairs, and
*wants to be part of an amazing team!
Experience in the apartment industry with punch-outs and work orders is a plus.
Participating in the on-call rotation is required.
Candidates must have a clean criminal background, valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and own tools.
Assist with the day-to-day opertion of the apartment community. Complete maintenance requests/work orders, prepare apartments for move-ins (make-readys/punchouts/turns), pool service, and grounds keeping duties.
