Pay Range: $22.10 - 27.40 Hourly

The position follows a rotating 12-hour schedule from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Workdays and days off rotate weekly, providing employees with a three-day weekend every other week.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

Replace: Lights and ballasts in fluorescent fixtures while upgrading to higher efficiency retrofit.Repair: Plumbing fixtures, unclog drains and maintain plumbing systems.Preform: Corrective, routine and requisitioned repairs of minor problems with mechanical and HVAC systems.Collaborate: Maintain routine records of all inspections, maintenance and repairs performed on any equipment or system, within a computer based management system.Support: Maintain mechanical rooms and equipment.
