Description
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing pharmaceutical distributor in the Durham area who is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain the facility and its equipment. This is a direct hire opportunity working on 1st shift, 6:30am-3pm, Monday-Friday.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance Technician will provide facility and maintenance support
- Technician will execute corrective and preventative maintenance of building systems, equipment, utility infrastructure, and respond to emergency maintenance issues
- Technician maintain smart conveyer systems, forklifts, HVAC equipment, plumbing, etc.
- Technician will supervise outside contractors
Qualifications
- Candidates must have at least 5 years Facilities Maintenance background including experience on smart conveyer systems preferably in a warehouse setting
- Candidates must have a broad knowledge of building maintenance and repairs, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Trade certifications are highly preferred
- Candidates must be willing to work outside of normal shift hours in case an emergency arises
