Description
Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician
Duration: 6 +months .
Pay Rate: $19/hr. on w2 without benefits
Shift: Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Job Description:
- Perform a wide range of independently managed maintenance and repair work on facilities, systems, and structures (i.e., replacement of hardware, light fixtures, baseboards, molding, appliances, etc.)
- Assemble, install or repair plumbing fixtures and maintain bathroom fixtures (i.e., showers, toilets, faucets, water supply and drain lines, etc.)
- Replace electrical switches, circuit breakers, outlets, light fixtures, and electrical appliances under supervision of DHA's Master Electrician
- Prepare vacant housing units for occupancy; including repair, cleaning, and interior painting and general maintenance, etc.
- Repair or replace doors, door hardware, locks, cabinets, windows, flooring, roofing, pipe systems and more
