Pay Range: $22.10 - 27.40 Hourly

The scheduled hours for the role are Sunday through Thursday from 2:30-11:00pm, with Fridays and Saturdays OFF!

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

Maintain Perform basic repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, carpentry including: lighting, drywall, painting and door hardwareMonitor Complete preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs for HVAC and fire suppression systems throughout the propertyPlan Conduct daily property inspections to include, roofs, restrooms, lighting, signage, and service yardsAssist Support the set up and tear down of event spacesSafety Inspect, maintain and service exterior systems and equipment and perform seasonal snow removal and ice treatment
