About the Role: Join Cleanwork Solutions LLC as a Building Maintenance Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. We are looking for a dedicated leader who can manage a team while overseeing all aspects of building maintenance. If you are passionate about creating clean, safe, and efficient environments, we want to hear from you! Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for multiple facilities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Manage and schedule maintenance staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
Oversee repair and maintenance work, ensuring quality and timely execution.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
Proven experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
