Building Maintenance Supervisor - Facilities - Base Salary to 78k/year - Grand Forks, ND

• Our client is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate facility upkeep, oversee maintenance personnel, and manage routine building repair activities in the Grand Forks, ND area.
• This position combines facilities maintenance experience with responsibility for supervising maintenance work, coordinating repairs, and supporting the ongoing operation of buildings and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily building maintenance and repair activities across assigned facilities.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and oversee the completion of assigned work.
• Plan and coordinate scheduled maintenance, equipment servicing, and general repairs.
• Evaluate maintenance needs and organize work assignments based on operational requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of building equipment, mechanical components, and facility infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external service providers when additional maintenance support is required.
• Maintain records of completed repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment servicing.
• Monitor maintenance supplies, materials, and equipment needed for daily operations.
• Conduct facility inspections and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance activities follow applicable workplace safety requirements and established procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of property management or facilities maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of property and facilities management, including building maintenance, repair coordination, and facility operations.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 67k - 78k/year range
