This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
Job Responsibilities:
The Onsite Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and all common areas are maintained in a clean aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition. Conduct basic light duty (Handyman) project work for both common areas and in residences as requested. The job duties listed are typical examples of the work performed by positions in this job classification. Not all duties assigned to every position are included, nor is it expected that all positions will be assigned every duty.
