    Building Maintenance Technician

    We're looking for a hands-on Building Maintenance Associate to help keep our logistics facility, equipment, and infrastructure operating safely and reliably.

    This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting problems, working with their hands, and performing a variety of maintenance tasks in a warehouse environment. The position supports preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, building improvements, and day-to-day facility needs.

    What You'll Do

    • Perform preventive maintenance on facility and warehouse equipment to help extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
    • Complete general building maintenance, minor repairs, and facility improvements.
    • Support maintenance needs involving equipment such as forklifts, dock doors, balers, and warehouse racking.
    • Inspect warehouse racking and uprights for damage and help maintain a safe working environment.
    • Read and use technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints when troubleshooting equipment.
    • Help coordinate with outside vendors when specialized repairs or services are needed.
    • Support warehouse automation and other facility equipment as needed.
    • Experience with building, facility, industrial, mechanical, or electrical maintenance.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to prioritize maintenance needs and work independently.
    • Comfortable using computers and maintenance-related systems.
    • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, or blueprints.
    • Willing and able to perform hands-on work in a warehouse environment, including working at heights or in tight spaces when required.
    • Experience with PLCs, warehouse automation, forklifts, or scissor lifts is a plus.
