Building Information Modeler Field Coordinator

• 3+ years of experience in construction, BIM/VDC coordination, field engineering, or trade coordination.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and related BIM software.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and MEPF systems.
• Experience conducting model coordination and clash detection processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of construction workflows, field operations, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and trade partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with laser scanning, reality capture, and point cloud management.
• Experience working on healthcare, data center, manufacturing, semiconductor, or large commercial construction projects.
