From the design phase of new construction through the operation of existing buildings, our consulting team delivers comprehensive commissioning services, and our technical services team executes start‑ups on complex equipment from many leading manufacturers. The MIH team is composed of seasoned professionals focused on logistical excellence, energy performance, and cost‑effective outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Start up and service equipment used for air‑conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
- Interface with clients professionally; provide clear updates and recommendations.
- Support a rapidly growing service business with opportunities for experienced and entry‑level technicians.
Coverage area
Milwaukee, Madison, and Northern Wisconsin.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC field experience (preferred for experienced candidates); entry‑level applicants with strong fundamentals are welcome.
- Knowledge of commercial A/C and heating systems, water‑source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged units.
- EPA Type I & II or Universal certification.
- Own set of hand tools.
- Clean driving record.
- OSHA 10‑hour training certification (preferred).
Compensation & benefits
Estimated Salary: $40–$60/hr based on experience and skills, plus benefits.
