Respond to temperature complaints, light bulb replacement, resetting breakers, equipment repairs, restroom repairs, ceiling tile replacement; operate mechanical equipment (i.e., chillers, pumps, cooling towers, EMS computer, fire alarm system, etc.); and perform miscellaneous maintenance (i.e., painting, door and lock repairs, etc.). Must be able to perform the physical demands of a commercial building engineer position, including walking properties, climbing stairs and ladders, working in mechanical spaces and on rooftops, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
