Custodian- Full Time

River City One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating, Baton Rouge's oldest and most trusted HVAC company since 1980, is moving into a brand-new 10,000 sq. ft. facility and looking for a dedicated Full-time Custodian to join our team.

Responsibilities
- General cleaning and upkeep of offices, hallways, and common areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, showers, and locker areas
- Cleaning kitchen and breakroom areas, including appliances and counters
- Window washing and glass cleaning (interior & exterior as needed)
- Power washing the building exterior and walkways
- Dusting surfaces, blinds, and vents
- Maintaining and sanitizing the gym room and fitness equipment
- Monitoring and restocking, cleaning, and bathroom supplies
- Light maintenance tasks as needed
- Supporting clerical/front desk duties when workload is light (answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, etc.)
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and carrying supplies
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks efficiently
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
