Halls Heating and Air is hiring a skilled technician to keep homes and businesses comfortable and compliant. If you thrive on solving mechanical puzzles and enjoy face-to-face customer interactions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Install complete systems: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Diagnose faults quickly and perform quality repairs
• Conduct routine maintenance and thorough inspections
• Follow all local, state, and federal codes and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
• Document work with accurate service records
• Handle emergency service calls when required
• Support commercial refrigeration service and repair as needed

Must-Haves

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (or closely related role)
• Your own set of tools
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work solo and as part of a team
• Capability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied conditions

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems and controls
