    MMC is looking for a Building Automation Systems BASProject Managerto manage Business IntelligenceControls projects based in Eden Priaire MN MMCs Project Managersdifferentiate themselves and MMC through excellent project execution. They own their personal development and create strong relationships with our customers. They will eventually sell the majority of their own work.Key ResponsibilitiesProject PlanningDevelop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets. Establish project objectives specifications and deliverables.Team CoordinationLead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers technicians contractors and vendors to execute project tasks efficiently Estimating and creating proposals for digital HVAC control systems.Client InteractionServe as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication of project status milestones and any issues that may arise.Risk ManagementIdentify potential project risks and create mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.Quality AssuranceEnsure that projects comply with industry standards regulations and company quality standards.Budget ManagementMonitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Work with accounting to book jobswork orders change orders and financially forecast jobsProgress ReportingPrepare and present regular reports on project status progress and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholdersSubcontractsRequest bids from award and manage subcontracts.Labor ManagementManagement of NAC engineering and technician labor for submittals material order programming graphic development and commissioning.You are our ideal candidate if you love a challenge and experiencing something new every day. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesTechnical SkillsProficient in readingdeveloping HVAC controlJob plans and specifications.Wiring and equipment schematics.Control strategies.Microsoft Office Word and Excel knowledge of Share Point a plusPreferred experienceEstimating digital HVAC control or related systems.Managing installation of digital control or related systems.Designing and applying digital control or related systems.Familiar with Microsoft Visio drawing software.Company OverviewFor more than 60 years Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors Inc.
