Job DetailsAs a BAS Programmer, you will develop, modify, troubleshoot and commission Building Automation Systems for Commercial HVAC applications. This is a programming-focused Controls role working with BAS Control Logic, Graphics, Sequence of Operations, System Integration, Startup and Commissioning.
We are looking for someone with hands-on BAS Programming experience. Niagara/Tridium experience is highly preferred, but we are also interested in strong Programmers with experience on Automated Logic, KMC, Distech, Schneider, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens or other major BAS platforms.
MUST HAVE:
- Hands-on Building Automation Systems (BAS)/DDC experience
- BAS Programming and Control Logic experience
- Experience developing or modifying Sequence of Operations
- Strong understanding of Commercial HVAC Systems
- Experience with BAS Startup, Commissioning and Troubleshooting
- Experience with BACnet and System Integration
- Ability to work independently in Commercial facilities and active project environments
- Valid Driver's License
NICE TO HAVE:
- Niagara/Tridium experience
- Niagara N4 Certification
- KMC Controls experience
- Automated Logic/WebCTRL experience
- BAS Graphics development
- Point-to-Point Checkout
- Third-Party Device Integration
- Experience with Distech, Schneider, Honeywell, Johnson Controls or Siemens
