Job Details

You'll be the hands-on controls lead on a range of project and service work: installing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting building automation systems in complex commercial and industrial facilities. You'll take systems from point-to-point checkout through startup and then support them long-term on service calls and retrofits.

MUST HAVE:
  • 2+ years of building automation / HVAC controls experience covering installation, programming, and service
  • Working knowledge of at least one major BAS platform (Johnson Controls, Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Automated Logic, Distech, Delta, Reliable Controls, or similar)
  • Solid grasp of controls networking protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and/or LonWorks
  • Ability to commission and troubleshoot HVAC systems and sequences in the field
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites across the DFW metro

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Tridium Niagara N4 certification
  • Strong Johnson Controls experience, especially the FX line
  • Distech Controls experience
  • Advanced BAS programming and graphics skills
  • Experience in critical environments (hospitals, labs, data centers)
