Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit
Facilities Services provides safe, inclusive, and secure experiences for both Residential communities and Academic buildings where a diverse and innovative team of professionals encourage students to pursue academic excellence, personal growth, civic leadership, and responsibility. Position Summary
The Building & Environmental Supervisor position will supervise staff in maintaining a clean, safe, inviting environment for students, staff and visitors living or working in Residence Halls and Academic Buildings on campus. Provide leadership regarding to supply, budget/distribution and assists administrator in developing long term budgetary planning.
This is a mandatory position, as outlined in the Adverse Weather and Emergency Event Policy.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of experience in the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. Some positions may require certification or eligibility for certification.
Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates
A valid driver's license is required.
