Builder Support Representative – Leander, TX
Pay: $18–$19/hr | Type: Full-Time

AtWork Personnel is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Builder Support Representative to join a growing team in Leander. Training is provided on products, systems, and processes.

What You' ll Do

• 
  Provide customer and builder support by phone and email.
  
• 
  Process orders and prepare quotes using QuickBooks.
  
• 
  Answer product and installation questions.
  
• 
  Follow up with customers and resolve order-related issues.
  
• 
  Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse teams, vendors, and manufacturers.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate customer records and project information.
  
• 
  Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  

Qualifications

• 
  High School Diploma or GED.
  
• 
  Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• 
  Customer-focused and professional.
  
• 
  Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
  
• 
  Comfortable learning new products and systems.
  
• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
