Tri-Supply is looking for experienced sales professionals for our builder sales team in the Conroe, Texas market. The ideal candidate is well established in the local market, brings a strong network of industry connections to support a rapid start, and has proven experience selling residential home construction products and services directly to builders and their customers.

Responsibilities:
Providing exemplary customer service
Educating customers about products/services
Developing effective sales strategies
Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance
Analyzing competitors' activities
Cultivating customer relationships
Conducting Market research
Negotiating deals with customers
Maintaining records of sales leads
Developing prospect list of qualified leads through referrals, face-to-face meetings with business owners, email correspondence, networking, telephone communication, etc
Consistently following up on all bids in a timely manner
Resolving problems quickly and making smart decisions that drive sales and customer service
Continually enhancing sales skills and product knowledge including attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks
Interpreting construction prints and perform take-offs from prints as well as jobsite measuring
Keeping management informed by submitting activity, results, and customer information.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in builder sales
Millwork, door and window sales experience from lead generation through sale closures.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with discipline
Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
MVR, Background and drug screen required
