Position Summary & Description
SUMMARY:
The IUP College of Osteopathic Medicine Budget Director reports to the Associate Dean of Operations and, as needed, the Dean, providing executive-level financial leadership for the university's largest college budget. The position is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the College, including operating funds, tuition revenue, grants, donations, and other funding sources, while managing existing funding initiatives and evaluating new revenue opportunities and tuition proposals. The Director also serves as a Budget Analyst, with responsibilities that include personnel and benefits forecasting, reserve balance reporting, utility cost analysis, internal shop rate development, and general operating fund allocations. Additionally, the position conducts special financial analyses and projects for college leadership and serves as the primary financial liaison for the College of Osteopathic Medicine's finance team.
