Job Description
Serves customers and company by facilitating sales operations and acting as an intermediary between sales, operations, fulfillment and logistics.
Responsibilities/Duties
Visit accounts on the road for industry specific events
Attend company promotions and events to represent Buckeye Relief
Set up merchandising tables
Attend shows and industry events and represent Buckeye Relief
Generate leads and facilitate sales while in the field
Visit accounts for business development
Attend/facilitate events, meals, experiences for customers and their staff
Liaise with sales and marketing to facilitate orders, merchandise and swag
Report back to company on a daily basis about goings-on in the field
Attend marketing and sales meetings on a weekly basis
Elevate the brand of Buckeye Relief
Qualifications/Skills
Sales and Operations experience
Flexible work schedule
Proficiency at remote work
Ability to work as a member of a team
Willingness to spend long hours on the road and travel on a daily basis.
Technical Skills
Willingness to adopt to new software
Detailed proficiency with ERP, CRM, e-commerce and other sales software
Experience with METRC
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Adaptability to new software & programs
Thorough understanding of the rules of the Ohio Medical Marijuana Program
Customer service experience
Communication skills and etiquette
Comfortable in a collaborative start-up environment
