Bucket Operator - Crew Lead

Burkes Tree Care is hiring an experienced Bucket Operator Crew Lead to join our growing crew. We're offering great pay, steady work, and a company that invests in its people.

What You'll Do:

• Take down trees safely and skillfully, cutting sections and lowering them with ropes
• Run saws, chippers, and other equipment
• Keep your crew safe and communicate clearly on every job
• Leave each job site clean and ready for the customer

What We're Looking For:

• Bucket Truck operation
• Valid CDL B or A is preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in the tree care industry preferred
• Proper Pruning techniques
• Comfortable running chainsaws, ropes, and rigging gear
• Strong work ethic and a focus on safety
• Team player with good communication
