BSA /Database Platform Engineer 4

Job 1: BSA

• Overview: High-visibility Business Systems Analyst to own and remediate a critical Tier 1 Audit/Risk Finding. Reporting deliverables go directly to the CIO, COO, and Risk Board.
• Experience Required:
  • 2 3 years of BSA experience with strong Project Management capabilities.
  • Focus is on quality, executive presence, and initiative leadership rather than heavy years of seniority.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of the cross-functional Tier 1 finding under the IAM umbrella.
  • Lead the initiative, drive cross-team coordination, and produce high-quality documentation.
  • Build and manage a well-formulated program covering all 4 core pillars: Direction, Components, Training, and Communications.

Job 2: Database Platform Engineer 4

• Overview: Senior Database Platform Engineer to transition database infrastructure into a modern platform model.
• Experience Required:
  • 5 7 years as a traditional DBA, with recent experience transitioning into Platform Engineering (building, architecture, and consumption).
• Technical Skills:
  • Core Database: Deep SQL environment expertise.
  • Infrastructure as Code / Automation: Terraform, Ansible, Liquibase, and Config-as-Code principles.
  • Cloud: Cloud consumption models (Azure preferred).
