- Hybrid: 3 days in office; 2 remote (first 2 weeks of training will be in-office)

Pay Rate: $22.22/hr w2 no benefits

Position Summary
The New Account Document Processing Department serves as a center of expertise for regulatory, policy, and procedural review across the firm. The Senior Processing Representative is responsible for validating new account documentation, conducting research, resolving escalated issues, performing quality reviews, and ensuring operational activities are completed accurately and in compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to apply regulatory and procedural knowledge to complex documentation and account servicing requests.
Key Responsibilities
Document Review & Processing
Evaluate and validate account documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Research and determine the validity of documents and requests.
Ensure downstream account actions are processed accurately and within established service levels.
Support account maintenance activities, account restrictions, and related operational processes.
Quality Control & Escalations
Perform quality assurance reviews of documents processed by operational teams.
Identify and resolve processing exceptions and documentation issues.
Manage vendor and business partner escalations.
Collaborate with Branch Offices, National Operations, and other business units to resolve complex requests.
Subject Matter Expertise
Develop expertise in department policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a resource for document validation and processing guidance.
Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Qualifications
Required

Bachelor's Degree
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred
Experience in financial services or operations
Previous new account processing experience
Familiarity with *** systems and workflows
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
