A commercial real estate company located in the Galleria is seeking a Marketing Brokerage Coordinator to add to their team. This company offers an outstanding work culture, wonderful team environment, and strong reputation. Candidates MUST have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience working for a commercial real estate company as well as proficient experience with Adobe InDesign. Candidates without commercial real estate experience will not be considered.
Job Duties Include:- Scheduling and calendaring
- Creating presentations
- Preparing proposals and Powerpoints
- Assist team with business development
- Assist with market surveys
- Creating marketing materials (flyers, e-mail blasts, mailers)
- Light administrative work
