Built Different

Jet Access is a family-owned, professionally operated private aviation company. Everything private aviation

lives here: aircraft management, charter, maintenance, sales, flight training, FBO services, and charter

brokerage. We were the first to bring every sector of private aviation under one brand, and the best of what

we are building is still ahead of us.

But here is what you really need to know: the energy at Jet Access is different, and you will feel it from day

one. We move with purpose and intensity, thinking strategically, acting decisively, and tackling challenges

head-on. This is not a place for coasting. We expect excellence, ownership, and the drive to do things right

even when it is harder. We push hard because we genuinely want to elevate the lives of our clients, our

aircraft owners, and the people right next to us. Growth is not just happening around us. We are driving it

together.

Bring your energy, your expertise, and your commitment to excellence and expect us to meet you with the

same. You will have a voice, a real seat at the table, and the opportunity to grow in a company that is

genuinely invested in your future. Expect it all.

Our Core Values

  • Safety First. Above all else, we operate with the safety of our Team Members, clients, and guests as our

top priority. No exceptions, no shortcuts.

  • Do the Right Thing for the Long Term. We act ethically, think strategically, and make decisions built for the

future. Our Team Members are empowered to choose the harder right over the easier wrong.

  • Take Care of Each Other. When we take care of our people, our people take care of our clients and each

other. We show up, listen first, and lift each other up.

  • Relationships Matter. Our relationships with Team Members, clients, vendors, and the communities we

serve are the foundation of our success. We keep our word and build trust one interaction at a time.

  • Maintain Positivity. We celebrate wins, lift each other up, and bring optimism and solutions to every

challenge. The energy we create together is a choice, and we choose well.

Your Competitive Edge

  • Base salary of $70,000 - 90,000 annualized, paid bi-weekly

Commission compensation in addition to base salary, per the applicable Jet Access Broker Alliance

variable compensation plan

  • This position is classified as FLSA Exempt

Our commitment to "Take Care of Each Other" shows up in everything we offer: generous benefits,

competitive wages, paid vacation and holidays, excellent training programs, and discounted flight training.

You will join a tight-knit family where leadership is compassionate, transparent, and empowers you to achieve

success, both for the business and your personal growth.

Where You Make Your Mark

Scheduling is where the Jet Access Broker Alliance either delivers or disappoints. This seat owns the full

scheduling and flight sourcing function for the Alliance, converting broker demand into confirmed,

profitable, safely operated trips while building the systems and the team depth to carry rising volume without

sacrificing accuracy. Success is visible in fleet utilization, provider performance, and a member experience

that holds steady no matter how heavy the day gets.

Leadership, Management and Accountability

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Charter Sourcing Specialist team, setting clear expectations

for sourcing quality, turnaround speed, and documentation accuracy

  • Conduct weekly Level 10 Meetings, maintain the scheduling Scorecard, and keep quarterly Rocks

visible, measurable, and on track

  • Evaluate each Team Member against GWC, addressing gaps directly through coaching, development

plans, or seat changes when the fit is not right

  • Own hiring, onboarding, and training for the sourcing team, building a bench deep enough to absorb

volume growth and coverage gaps

  • Deliver consistent one-on-one feedback and quarterly conversations that develop Team Members

rather than simply reviewing them

Scheduling and Flight Sourcing Ownership

  • Own the scheduling and flight sourcing function end to end, from initial broker request through

confirmed booking and trip packet handoff

  • Assign and balance daily sourcing workload across the team so no request sits unworked and no

broker waits on a quote

  • Maintain accurate, current trip and quote data in Avinode, Stack.aero, and Avianis so every

downstream team works from a single source of truth

  • Resolve sourcing escalations, schedule disruptions, and same-day changes with decisive judgment and

clear communication to every affected party

  • Partner with flight operations, dispatch, and maintenance to confirm feasibility before a trip is

committed to a broker

Fleet Utilization, Capacity and Profitability

  • Maximize managed fleet utilization by prioritizing internal lift ahead of supplemental options wherever

the trip profile allows

  • Monitor trip-level pricing and margin outcomes, identifying the patterns that erode profitability and

correcting them at the process level

  • Forecast demand across peak periods, holidays, and event traffic, positioning aircraft and crew

coverage ahead of the surge rather than reacting to it

  • Reduce empty leg exposure, repositioning cost, and missed-opportunity trips through disciplined

capacity planning

  • Deliver scheduling and utilization reporting to the EVP of Broker Partnerships that connects daily

activity to Broker Alliance financial performance

Third-Party Operator and Supplemental Lift Relationships

  • Build and manage relationships with third-party operators and supplemental lift providers, negotiating

terms that protect both margin and service quality

  • Confirm every supplemental provider sits on the approved Jet Access vendor list before booking,

submitting new providers through established approval protocols

  • Verify operator safety standing, insurance, and crew qualifications in coordination with the Safety

Team, referencing ARGUS, Wyvern, and IS-BAO standing

  • Hold providers accountable to performance expectations, documenting service failures and removing

operators who cannot meet Jet Access standards

  • Expand the approved provider network in the markets and aircraft categories where broker demand

consistently outpaces available lift

Broker Partnership, Scalable Systems and Continuous Improvement

  • Serve as the scheduling point of contact for broker partners, setting realistic expectations and

communicating changes before brokers have to ask

  • Protect the member experience on every trip, treating a broker client as a Jet Access client from first

request through post-trip follow-up

  • Build and document scalable scheduling processes, playbooks, and platform configurations that hold

up as trip volume grows

  • Establish and monitor scheduling metrics including quote turnaround, booking conversion, and on time trip readiness, driving measurable improvement each quarter
  • Complete special projects and initiatives as needed, embracing opportunities to contribute to Jet

Access's continued growth and success

The Skills You Carry In

  • Clear written and verbal communication with brokers, operators, and internal teams, paired with the

analytical discipline to defend a sourcing or pricing decision with data

  • Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Deep alignment with the Jet Access core values and the judgment to apply them when the easy

answer and the right answer diverge

worst possible moment

  • Openness to feedback and the willingness to give it clearly, without softening it into something the

other person cannot act on

  • Genuine relationship-building with brokers, operators, and internal teams, treating Relationships

Matter as an operating discipline rather than a slogan

marking

Member absences

  • Weekly Level 10 Meeting participation, Scorecard reporting, and quarterly Rock planning with the

Broker Alliance leadership team

volume spikes

What Sets You Apart

  • Prior experience standing up or scaling a scheduling function from a manual process into a

documented, repeatable system

  • Established relationships with third-party charter operators and supplemental lift providers
  • Experience in a broker or wholesale charter environment rather than retail charter alone
  • Familiarity with EOS tools including Ninety.io, Rocks, Scorecards, and Level 10 Meetings
  • Background in revenue management, yield analysis, or capacity planning within aviation or another

logistics-intensive industry

  • Working knowledge of trip accounting and how sourcing decisions flow through to invoicing and

margin
