About the Opportunity
Interns will join collaborative Scrum teams supporting mainframe software products used by large enterprise organizations. Each intern will receive guidance from a technical mentor and manager.

Recruiting timeline: Broadcom is expected to contact selected candidates between January and March 2027.

Internship Areas

• Full-stack development
• Assembler development
• User interface and user experience engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and modify software features.
• Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams and cross-functional partners.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Write high-quality, testable code and contribute to automated testing.
• Use DevOps tools, pipelines, and testing frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.5.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Graduate student or undergraduate entering junior or senior year.
• Pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Mainframe coursework or IBM Z Xplore experience preferred.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Automation experience preferred.
