Writes, edits and produces content for various news programs. Co-hosts and delivers news magazine features and interviews for KJZZ's flagship local program. Produces well edited audio pieces using digital editing software in a timely manner. Hosts live and pre-produced audio for air. This position works in-person to create content and host programming.
Essential Functions
60% - Writes, hosts, edits and produces content for local news magazine program and other programs as needed, conducts live and recorded interviews
30% - Gathers and presents guest and story ideas, edits audio, creates highly produced field pieces, and produces content in a timely fashion
10% - Fundraising efforts and events
