Broadcast It EngineerATL26, the City of Atlanta's broadcast channel, is seeking an IT Engineer to support the implementation of two-factor authentication (2FA) across its network in coordination with vendor Illumio. This role will assist with securing systems, ensuring proper integration, and minimizing disruption to ongoing broadcast operations.Key Responsibilities:Support deployment and configuration of 2FA across servers, endpoints, and networked devices.Collaborate with Illumio and internal teams during pre-install and installation.Ensure compatibility of authentication measures with broadcast and AV systemsTroubleshoot authentication, access, and system integration issues.Maintain system uptime and operational continuity during implementationQualifications:Experience with server environments (Windows/Linux) and network security practices.Familiarity with AV/broadcast equipment and IP-based systems.Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) and multi-factor authentication tools.Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
